small room unreliable wifi
The room was small. I felt cramped. the wifi was also unreliable. I struggled to connect multiple times. this made planning my days difficult. I needed it to research local attractions.

Fantastic seafront stay
warm welcome spacious layout
The hosts were very cute (i really felt at home). the room was clean and it had a spacious layout. breakfast was cooked to order. It was lovely.

The breakfast was very tasty. It include good choices so you will be more than happy. The hosts were super friendly and nice, which I liked a lot. The room was tidy and clean, I noticed.

fantastic stay!
perfect location seaview room helpful host
i appreciated andre helping us find parking on the nearby residential streets. the location is perfect, just across the road from the beach and promenade. our en-suite seaview room, located on the first floor, was clean. i found tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and a fridge in the room, super helpful!
the breakfast timings felt a little short (7:45am, 9am) and checkout was a little early (10am), so an alarm clock is a must!

the full english breakfast was freshly cooked, which i totally adored. there was also a choice of orange juice, tea, coffee and cereals available. the breakfast was great (especially the toast!).

this place is ideally situated for a walk in either direction to preston beach or the harbor. the guest house is situated across the road from the beach. it made it easy to access the sea and sand.
